So I bought Grandia 3 since it was on sale and Holy Cumbuckets! The protagonist's mom is one of the main characters! But of course she doesn't stay in your party the whole game. And he never calls her mom, he calls her by her name like childhood friend. (WTF?) So it's still like.. Anime Fan-service Rule #1: Acknowledge not the MILFs and keep them in the background.
This video truly brings back good old memories. It was this map in the demo (apart from mods & custom character support) that finally convinced me to purchase the full game. It was too bad Epic removed Assault from UT3 and replaced it with Warfare. Contrary to what they claimed, Warfare is not awesome and is just an updated Onslaught. Hopefully, Assault will be included in UT4's final release.

Now I remember why I got bored playing UT2k4 Ballistic Weapons mod fairly quick than expected. Assault mode didn't support the use of the weapons from the mod.
I don't believe a word coming from Ubisoft Ubishit. Last time Ubi promised always-online DRM would be scrapped after patching selected game titles to have the DRM removed but what happened was that the online DRM later returned on their next game releases. You'll see. After a while, Ubi will slip up and those so called premium DLCs, paid map packs & paid game modes are going to make a comeback.

If Halo 3-5 won't come to the PC, then what are chances of Super Mario to the xbox? Phil Spencer is such a moron. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)
I have played many mobile gacha games and I have also spent some time with each subreddit community. But of all those communities, the Final Fantasy Brave Exvius community is definitely the whiniest. My god, always crying about something everyday. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
Rather than building on stronger IP like Crysis or Ryse, Crytek has tried its luck with VR and free to play projects, which aren’t paying the bills.
Over the last couple of years, Crytek has been working on two free to play titles: ‘The Hunt’ and ‘Arena of Fate’. While neither of these have been publicly cancelled, our source tells us that these are failed projects and won’t see release any time soon. In an effort to recoup some money, Crytek’s Shanghai studio as well as the company’s Sofia based studio (also known as Black Sea Studio) are potentially going to be sold off.
See? See? See? The money from the Amazon deal has all been spent up. The F2P model still aren't bringing enough revenue. I've said this before, and I'll say it again. Going 100% on F2P revenue model is a huge mistake from the get-go. In case Crytek does go bankrupt, I hope they sell the Crysis IP to a publisher that can & wants to help expand franchise. Any company except Ubishit & M$.

Today I discovered that my psn account has been hacked. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Learned that the dickhead hacker used the "deactivate all systems "feature to deactivate my PS3 and activated his own 3 PS3's and 1 PS4. So because of that I can't activate my own ps3 and I can't play my digital games. Hooray digital games! /S Also how the fuck did he manage to activate 3 PS3's since the limit is only 2. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)
Also learned that he purchased Watch Dogs for €39,99. I guess I was lucky that he didn't change my password, which I literally just changed 3 weeks ago because EU users were reporting that their accounts are being hacked and now I have to change it again.
Now let's see how fast they will solve my problem this time and if they are willing to refund me or not. Last time it took them almost 1 month to solve the problem, which was just making sure I can download the game I had purchased.
So they replied within 1 day which I will applaud them for that and it turn out they won't deactivate all the consoles because they didn't detect any suspicious activities on my account. Literally has 3 PS3's activated even though the limit is only 2 and they didn't find that suspicious. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Ugh, now I have to email them back my console serial numbers and they will investigate it further. Let see how long this will take seeing how some people said they had to wait a week while others said they waited a month.
So I got another fast reply from them thanking me for sending them the consoles serial numbers and they are willing to refund the unauthorized game purchase if I mail them back my console serial numbers for futher investigation. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif) Are you kidding me! I just mail them that and they even thank me for sending the info. Ugh, all of a sudden I have very low hopes they will fix these problems for me unless someone competent enough is willing to read my entire mail instead of portions of it. Like in the first mail they completely ignore the refund for unauthorized purchase problem and in the second mail they ignore the problem where I can't activate my PS3. Although they do say third time's the charm so lets see how the 3rd person will reply.
I have a better suggestion for Crytek. Just close down completely and sell to those who actually can make far better use of the game engine & those game IPs.

Didn't Crytek just shutdown almost all of their studios?
I've honestly never understood the overcrowded MMO market. Make a console game, make a huge profit. Make an MMO, spend nearly as much on development, spend even more on marketing, spend even more on maintenance, and pray, pray, pray, you can get free players to give you money. Enough to recoup your losses, and then maybe one day, enough to turn a profit.
That's just a bad business strategy and I'm honestly lost why so many companies keep doing it.
