Does 4K Bluray support really matters for console gamers?

May Ubisoft buy Earthworm Jim IP so that the gaming world will continually be filled with unimaginable horrors that is Ubisoft games.

See, what did I tell you? Crash indefinitely, just because some asshole in 343/M$ failed to test Halo 5 Forge on a PC running on dual graphics. For some reason, it only detects Intel HD but not the Radeon R7. Why I should be "thankful" for this poop from M$!?

Is there any advantage playing FPS on an ultrawide 21:9 monitor?

I had a good time playing laptop games on my desktop computer screen, but now that the big thing is back in business, I can no longer do it.
I wish I was wiser and more impulsive, to buy the stuff I need to get around that.
But then I would not be myself maybe, and this would make it vain.

Arkham City is so demanding that playing at a resolution higher than 1280x800 would prompt a warning message by Windows about not enough RAM.

It used to be a "Last Thing You Thought" thread for Gamer's Club Unlocked or whatever this fucking place is called. But the thread creator thought it would be funny to change the name a million or so years ago.

They were wrong, by the way. Unless you're a sperg, then it's probably hilarious.

Makes sense that Sony didn't include 4K bluray playback capability in their PS4 Pro. The move other way around would've cannibalized their own line of Bluray players.

"Bioshock remastered version is a mess on the PC". If PC gaming is dying, it'll be due to lazy & incompetent developers. Not how "good" is PS4 Pro or Xbox Scorpio.

I think it's more due to money hungry companies and impatient fans that keeps pushing the developers to release these multi-platform games on the same day rather spreading them out on different weeks or months giving the developers more time to polish the game for each platform.

It appears Destiny is slowly stepping into the realm of P2W. How far & deep the once mighty & revered Bungie has fallen.

I managed to finish 1 more route of Little Busters, but finding time for the last one will be hard.

Windows Central stated that Resident Evil 5 & later games' plot is badly written. How much truth is in that? Not that I've played any of RE games before. Just curious.

I think the majority of the RE fans would agreed with that statement. Like every RE game after 4 is considered mediocre or bad by most fans both gameplay and story wise. Maybe with the exception of RE: Revelations. That one was pretty well received.

It appears Destiny is slowly stepping into the realm of P2W. How far & deep the once mighty & revered Bungie has fallen.

So it's gone from boring to boring moneysink? I'd laugh but I know that there are some Destiny fans will defend this.

Fight me fugger, RE5's story had the best Albert Wesker and the gameplay is a step up from RE4 overall. I still hate the upgrade system and the fact that the solution to RE4's inflation was to give you peanuts compared to the weapon/upgrade prices, mind you, but if you're playing the good mode(Mercenaries) you shouldn't have to even realize what the "main" game's flaws are. Even then, you can find someone good to play with you, if your main problem is with the partner AI.

Though I never finished Revelations. Wish I did, because I liked it way more than Revelations 2. I don't know if Raid Mode is the main draw for Rev 2, and I hope it is because the main game was lousy outside of BARRY FUCKING BURTON. God he deserved a better daughter.

Also, if any of you haven't heard the Persona 5 OST now that the game is out, do yourself a favor and listen to it. Holy hell I'm excited for it.

I did say the "majority" dislike the games after RE4 instead of everyone. If you like those games, good on you for not being a blind hater. But I don't think you can deny that all the RE games after 4 are widely hated by the RE community. Hell there are even RE fans out there that says RE4 is a trash game and it is the reason why every RE game after it sucks.

Personally I overall enjoyed RE5, but still wasn't really a fan of it. I didn't like most of the locations and I wish the atmosphere was a little bit darker. Also I didn't really had any problems with the AI. I actually never really had any problems with the AI in any RE game. They can be annoying sometimes, but not to point where I want to rage quit the game like some people says.

RE6 was mostly a shit show, but I actually did enjoy some parts of it. Mainly Leon's campaign. Also hated the button smashing QTE's in this game. I never had any problems with these type of QTE's in any game, but I just couldn't do the ones in this game. I actually had to use a perk to make them easier.

Really liked Rev1, because it had that dark gritty atmosphere again and also really liked Raid mode. Didn't liked Rev2 at all. Very boring level designs and didn't care that much about the story. Mainly Claire sides. Kind of enjoyed Barry sides. Also Moira was such a annoying and useless character. Even Natalia was more useful than her. Also I didn't like raid mode in Rev2. It was just basically mercenary mode with rpg elements.

Didn't bothered with Operation Raccoon city. The Umbrella Chronicles and The Darkside Chronicles were fun games, if you like on rail shooters.

They declared their Xbox as "meaningless" if M$ dared to bring Xbox-exclusive games to the PC. They grilled PC gamers, telling them to shut up and "be thankful" on the philosophy that a buggy and unoptimized PC release is a lot better than nothing. And now there's this:
