In the first one, yeah. I don't think you can resume mid dungeon in 2 or 4.

Hit the start button, go to the save option, have a good time because you're not playing a Final Fantasy game and you successfully saved your game in a dungeon.

I'd love to see Square Enix make another SaGa game. Not only because they were decent games, but to see if the idiots at King would be stupid enough to try to sue them over a franchise they've had since the SNES.

Oh, that is just TOO funny.

TL;DR:

Despite being marketed as the best TV/Movie box, the XBox One is a terrible media player. The PS4 does a much better job, but does suffer from some minor hiccups. However, the PS3 is the best option between the three for all media playback.

Trying to play DmC which I might enjoy if there was just combat and I could skip all the gay story that is in no way deep social commentary. That and mute the characters because they are all annoying bitches but then it would, you know, be better than what it is.

I don't need pllot to hold me up mid mission like I'm playing an rpg and I don't need Dante's lack luster idea of a personality to add shit to what is going on.

DMC story was weird, but I did appreciate some wackiness they had in the game.

I just wish they had more appealing parts in the game. Like an actual sexy succubus and take out the whole baby scene. That scene was fucked up.

The combat was the best I played out of all the games of DMC.

DmC has some fun and interesting level design, combat I like but you get rewarded too much for being simple minded. As a DMC3 where you have to get creative or at least royal guard right having an all purpose beat everything dodge and easy ranks is silly. Especially given that combat is lenient enough now for you to be stylish on a whim without as much execution in the past.

Still you can get SSS, by not getting hit (easy because of said dodge that is easy to use.) and mashing out anything into high roller, roulette, gun shot, helm breaker. If I graded the game just on combat it's pretty good. It's the unlikeable cast and scenes with them in the story you can't skip that drags down the game. That and not being able to lock onto high priority enemies in DMD mode and higher but you can get around that.

You know, I thought about that and decided that Nintendo Land isn't worth dropping three hundred bones.

I heard... there's going to be a price drop on the Wii U later this month. $250 sounds like a reasonable price at this point. Nintendo's gotta move those unsold units somehow....

I don't see why Nintendo has to move anything honestly, the Wii sales were enough to to let Nintendo be happy for awhile. I'd sooner let the WiiU fall through or at least develop games that made the WiiU inherently worth something. If what Halo did for Microsoft is possible get a game loved enough then you can shovel more games out and see what sticks and have that sell the WiiU.

At this point Nintendo probably is the only one that can say their platform is made to, I don't know, to actually play games instead of being an ass multimedia device. They're just messing up in the game departments.
