Yeah, today's parents are pretty terrible. I get the feeling they just don't want to take the time to learn about their kids' interest in order to make informed decisions about them. Also:

I had a mother come into my store and buy Saints Row 3 for her 5 YEAR OLD!!!
I informed her that one of the first weapons you unlock is the Dildo Bat (well I called it a phallic object that you beat people with)... she still bought it though. What an idiot.
...Seriously? *heavy sigh* People like this shouldn't be allowed to breed.
July 1, 2014 - the date of GFWL's death. From what I've heard, it's a highly unpopular and trouble-prone service. As MS is now focusing on "Xbox Games for Win8" initiative, the decision to pull the plug is hardly surprising.

It has always been the poorly optimised xbox games for the latest versions of windows initiative. The xbox360 lasted for so long that it crossed multiple versions of windows.
I don't think they make video games for me anymore.
Sometimes I feel the same, I like the older era games that are either a learning experience or just expect you to struggle. Its rewarding to work out the mechanics rather than being spoon fed every two seconds like they expect that you have no clue how to play a game. I was really disappointed with Metro last light, if it wasn't 100% linear and if it had been an open world the game would have been amazing. Quick time events were fun initially but are so bad and lazy these days.
Yay another hollywood-movie-like game, totally not buying it.
Be honest, Brain; have you ever even played ANY of the Arkham series games? Because I've noticed personally, most people who don‘t like these type of games, never even played them before.
And also, trailers for games like these ALWAYS crank up the action scenes to 11.

I've played a little bit Arkham City to my nephew's PS3 & tried to stay awake for at least half hour, but I admit it was less boring than the 1st Assassin's Creed. You see I'm not the type who focus only on high graphics & orchestral soundtracks, but mostly for an exciting gameplay. In comparison to this type of gaming (call me old fashioned if you want) The Matrix Path of Neo was truly a satisfaction.

Well, for the most part, the Arkham series isn't all about graphics and great music. The main focus of these series are great gameplay, great story, and replay ability. But if you're implying that the Batman games AREN'T exciting, well, then I can't even begin to imagine how you could believe this to be true....

Different people are prone to have differing opinions.
