That happened to me years ago on newgrounds. I was just browsing it and suddenly POOF, there was this flashy new design out of the blue. They're still using pretty much that same design to this day.

Every time I pop in Resonance of Fate I have a hard time playing it because the combat is ridiculous. I mean all the power to the developers for trying something different but still....I have an easier time with dudes summoning dragons and shooting themselves in the head in terms of RPG combat.

RoF is like they put WW2, the Matrix, the god damn batman, and fashion week all into one and said let that shit rock. Which is a cool idea in theory, just not the best when done. Stylish though.

You know... I'm actually getting use to the new Gamefaqs layout. It's still a little cramed for my taste when you use the mobile version. The drama that's going on over at GF over the change makes this all worth it, though. Already saw 3 account suicides over the change already XD

I think the reason I appreciate the first Tales of Destiny so much is that every Swordian user can use any spell in the game and those characters have sound bytes for each and every spell.

Stahn using "Sundaah Stoaam!" is probably my favorite one in the game.
