Now that I actually bought El Shaddai when it was on sale for $3.00 I'll actually get around to playing it. I remember not liking the demo though because a blonde dude in hot pants purifying everything struck me as the wrong type of statement. That and I found the combat dull and repetitive but I'm almost fairly certainly I wasn't giving it much chance.
Oh well, Round 2 El Shaddai, bring on that drug induced shit.
As a game, El Shaddai is fucking boring and godawful.
As an experience, El Shaddai ranks up there as one of my favorites in recent history.

Yeah, I looked at that out of boredom while I was at work, doesn't seem legit. At all.
So SimCity 2013 just came out and apparently requires an always-on internet connection, saves to the cloud, and has been having massiver server issues due to EA derping their shit again. Well, there goes that. I guess I won't be playing it until they fix this shit, if ever.
Tl;dr: The original Sim City for the SNES is mucho superior.

Got Tomb Raider (ps3) from yesterday, game crashed after the end of the intro, then I've searched for info through google & learned that S.Enix released a patch that fixes some bugs in offline playing, then another patch that fixes a bad synchronization in auto saving that caused lots of players a save game corruption near the 98% of gameplay. But don't worry people, now patch 1.02 is out that will fix the major bugs of the game, but if it crashes again then take it out of your console & play some frisby.
Well done Penix & Vaginal Dynamics, it's a good day to buy a game with technical problems.
I've trade the PS3 version of TR with €10 to a game store for a brand new 360 version, not a bad deal. At least it contains an install data & the online fixing patch that finally allowed me to enjoy the damn game. And I have to say it's fucking awesome, but still I hate Penix.
I thought the opinions on it were exaggerated because of fanboyism, but man, System Shock 2 is indeed a fucking terrifying game. Perfect atmosphere as well. I didn't expect that, because SS1 really wasn't so scary.
