The next gen Xbox will be known officially as simply Xbox? It's like Apple who named their latest iPad simply as the "New iPad" instead of iPad 3. Well since the 1st gen Xbox came out in 2001, maybe people will not confused the new Xbox with the old one as much due to the 10 years gap.

10 years is long enough for some people to go "There was an Xbox before this one?"

I love Saints Row 3, it's way funnier and more epic than Grand Theft Auto. The fact that you can make your own, completely customizable, fully voiced character is too fun. When I can play as a super hot brown skinned BBW with Laura Bailey's extremely cute and sexy voice, I'm in heaven. Listening to this woman talk dirty always gives me a hard-on. I wish Karen Strassmen did this kind of work too.

Saving up for Steam Christmas sales 2012. Wondering how many games I'm going to buy and never play because they happen to be part of a deal. Actually, that applies to like, half of my library right now. Bundles include lots of stuff I've never even heard off or find uninteresting.

Oh Persona 4: Golden, if only I loved you enough to buy a Vita to play you. No game short of CvS3 bundled with BB:CP will make me buy a useless Vita.

Melta + Plasma is awesome, though I suppose I'll take a Lascannon for sniping whenever one's available/needed. And that's why I run with a Power Axe instead of the Thunder Hammer.

On topic: I wonder if Dragon Quest games for PS2 would be worth it, the battle system does not pick my interest much...

I enjoyed much more Dragon Quest 8 than any of the others FF. It has great story, characters, and sense of humor, but the battle system is almost the same than the old NES games.
If you can get it cheap, I'd say go for it.

Just wrapped up my Black Friday shopping online at Amazon and I think I did pretty well. I got Borderlands 2, Twisted Metal, Call of Duty: MW3 & Black Ops, and Skyrim (all for PS3) for a total of $110 after taxes. And I still have Cyber Monday to go through; but it'll probably be the same games I got these past 2 days, plus some other games I'm not really interested in.

Black Friday was lame this year. I didn't see anything I wanted and the prices weren't great either.

I bought SFxT for $10, so I'm assuming that at that price whatever flaws there are I can wave off by the price I paid.

I love, and cherish my friends. Looking beside me I know that this matters much.

Damn Strigon... a 9-plane ace squadron should not take half an hour to shoot down with cruise missiles airbursting around me. At least the Aigaion and its big escorts are hilariously vulnerable to rocket pod fire.

In the end I'll go for Grandia eXtreme, maybe I'll do Dragon Quest VIII or Atelier Iris 2 afterwards, if I still have time in my vacations.
