QUOTE(SRK Yun @ Sep 16 2012, 02:51) Must not be a washed up veteran yet if I can win a ST tournament, P4A, and AE all on the same Saturday event. Now I need pull a Dark Prince one day and get blown up then disappear from the FGC and show up working a 9 to 5.
Very nice! BTW, what do you think of TTT2 so far?

Should I continue playing Dark Souls, ORC, DR2, or start another round of Skyrim?

Borderlands 2 was a lot of fun. I only got to play it twice for about 15 mins each time. I wish I could've had more time. Just jumping in and shooting with a random stranger isn't as much fun as taking your time to decide how to spend skill points and what weapons to choose. It was just as all the gameplay previews I've seen up till now.
A lot of characters from the first game are returning, I won't say who but it's a lot. I'd like to point out that the grenade mods are much more useful and varied than in the first game. I didn't get to use a launcher, but I hope they made them more worth using. Perhaps they could give them lock-on or a larger AOE?
I also got a lot of in-game extras for showing up and having had it pre-ordered from Gamestop. I know Gamestop sucks, but they did put a lot of backing into the game. If you know you want the game, I encourage you to pre-order it to get the new Mechromancer class for free.
Also, they showed us the release trailer. It was one of the best game trailers I'd ever seen, I mean it. They said it should be on TV and YouTube by Monday, so look for it.

@Whittle I Play Dhalsim in ST and Kanji in P4A. Sim I'm not positive on why I like to play him in ST but I do anyway. I'm a go with with whatever I feel like kind of guy. I nded up playing Kanji because I enjoy throwing chairs at people and hopping on fools then punching them in the face. It's sad that Kanji really has no good match-ups except for Akihiko really but it's cool. Either you get Blown up or blow people when you play as Kanji. 6k off 1 more burst lets go.
@Joestar The reason I usually don't say much when it comes to 3D fighters is because it isn't my realm of expertise which is why I didn't say much about VF5:FS or SC5. Though so far I am honestly enjoying TTT2 which I haven;t really enjoyed a Tekken since 1-3 really. 4 was no, 5 got me interested, but I never opened my copy of 6. That said a lot of the TTT2 system is based in 6's mechanics but it still feels fairly good. The netcode is also GDLK which is what I was hoping for in another fighter besides ArcSys titles for awhile.
I can't say much on a technical scale because as I've stated, not a good 3D fighter player. From what I have experienced though TTT2 is one of the better designed and more fun fighters out in recent memory. Combos are fluid and fun without exactly having a straight wall skill barrier at the start. I'm not going to say buy it but if you're a fighter player it's more than likely you should. If not rent it and enjoy a decade of Tekken unfold in tag combat. (Also Tag Assault combos are pimp as fuck, then again Most Tekken combos let you swag juggle people across the screen.)

QUOTE Several weeks ago, when 2K launched Borderlands 2 pre-order, there was no regional or language restrictions. But today we found, that now you cannot install Borderlands 2 in a different language rather than language of country you are currently in.
But that's not all. Now we also have a regional limit, which means, that we cannot play multiplayer with gamers from other regions.
And, finally, it looks like CIS region won't be able to buy and play Borderlands 2 DLC because of these limitation. Heh, looks like we have a third challenger for a Throne of A-Holes aside from EA and Blizzard.

It takes effort to be an asshole to everyone who keeps you afloat. Gotta spread them cheeks man, true effort in the wrong direction.

I'm fucking terrible at it but I'm having a good time. The fight lab has been very helpful to me in learning to block properly and other basics. Last time I remember there being a good training mode for newbies was VF4, and I wish more companies did that. I need to work on my timing for the Tag Assaults though, it's kind of a pain in the ass getting the timing right.

QUOTE(hujan86 @ Sep 9 2012, 21:28) Thunder Wolves, the new helicopter combat game by Ubisoft looks promising. But knowing Ubi, they'll probably screw it up again, just like they did with their past games.

QUOTE(dapanza @ Sep 18 2012, 12:51) LOL at all the butthurt Bayonetta fans crying over the fact that part 2 is Wii U exclusive. But that's kind of a big move by Nintendo to pull that off. [ kotaku.com] http://kotaku.com/5943207/these-fans-arent...out-bayonetta-2I wonder how the game mechanics will transfer over to the WiiU. On a different note, I keep thinking of "Kung Pow: Enter the Fist" when I hear WiiU.

Blame SEGA for its cancellation, Hideki Kamiya simply wants to finish his game project & nintendo took the advantage with copyrights.
And here you go, BaWiiUnetta 2. Prepare your wallets for a new console people.

It would be great if you could use the touchscreen to switch weapon assignments quicker and easier.

Been playing Borderlands 2 most of the day. I've only stopped to eat and right now I'm on a pizza break. I... I think I can get a couple more hours in today.

If my friends list is any indication wolf then you ignore all messages and play Borderlands 2 non-stop. One buddy I was talking to then he put in Borderlands 2 and haven't heard a word from him since. If the game is that hype I might get on BL2 hype train.

Playing final fantasy: 4 heroes of light. If you're going to call your game 4 heroes of light I expect to be playing with a party of four heroes. Five or six chapters in I've fought one fucking battle using the full party of four. I've spent more than half the god damn time playing with only one freaking party of one. Don't call the game 4 heroes of light if the game requires plays a shit load of time with one fucking hero.
It's especially annoying in one section where you have one hero and one of the common enemies is faster than you and always does a combination of moves that basically has you in stun lock.
