So Steam just brought out their own anti-lawsuit agreement in their latest update.

QUOTE(radixius @ Jul 31 2012, 23:20) The new plate dungeon gear in Mists looks like assholes.
Bad assholes like Goat.se or Belladonna or good assholes like Brent Corrigan or Alexis Texas?

Haha, Tortanic and Torablo 3. Good thing I was only suckered into buying the latter. Faith in Blizzard gone... Forever.

QUOTE(SRK Yun @ Jul 31 2012, 18:15) Local movie theater selling their Soul Calibur 2 machine this weekend, going to snatch that baby ASAP. Have to replace the button and sticks but it's worth it for the cabinet.
Amazingly despite being hella dirty the screen has survived fairly well, can't wait.
Cool! You have any other machines, or is this your first?

Not the first cabinet I've owned but it will be the second. The only other machine I've owned (still own) is a vanilla House of the Dead machine because I loved that game. House of the Dead on cabinet with the gun is the best thing to happen ever.
Light gun games without the gun and not standing just isn't the same experience. I wish I could afford more arcade machines but people don't part with them bitches for cheap. I couldn't ever run an arcade though, I couldn't stand charging people to play some of the games especially when some were designed to rob your ass. *cough* MK2 *Cough*

Loved those games (Crisis Zone wasn't as good, it sucked how the enemies were all bullet sponges). One Namco gun game I wish I could play is the Japan only "Space Adventure Cobra" game - apparently it had the Time Crisis dodge pedal plus the ability to do a Panzer Dragoon-style homing attack, which sounds like a lot of fun.

A couple of my friends ("rad has friends?! WHO KNEW?!") had huge boners for Crisis Zone. One of them had the top 10 spots for the better part of a year because he had memorized the game and no one could touch his scores.

I think you're more likely to have friends IRL than most of us. Crisis Zone is still pretty fun, I just loved the faster pace of the Time Crisis games and I guess the god complex feeling of just killing guys in one hit. One "machine gun" style game I didn't care too much for was Terminator Salvation or whatever; that one was basically just there to eat quarters, thanks to how much damage the enemies all took. To its credit, it's better than the similar Aliens game, and the reloading mechanic was a lot of fun ("slapping" the ammo clip).

Ironically I did end up playing DDR in the arcades from time to time and I never say anything bad about DDR. Fighters got those hands, computer gamers got them micros, DDR players got them feet man. I could never for the life of me move my feet on those games no matter what I did.

One time, I had gotten a free card with credits on it at an arcade, but I didn't feel like playing many of the games so I just loaded them all into Time Crisis and used both guns at once. Like a bawwss.
