I plan on getting the Code Veronica remake.

I'm pretty sure the frame rate will improve,
and I hope with the music too (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

I'm actually kind of surprised at how pissed off the cancellation of the Rockman Dash 3 Project makes me.

CORRECTION: Still makes me.

That is highly unlikely. Bethesda has a good streak with the Elder Scrolls series.

Castle Crashers.

Is it as awesome as I think? Who has tried it? How do I get it in Germany? How does that Code system by Sony work?

Awesome game for the PS1. Got it Christmas 199x or something. Anyone remember it?

I must say, despite the hype for ES IV, I was disappointed with the graphics. When It first came out it seemed like there was nothing better but now they're just... meh. I didn't really appreciate the first person mode either. Can people really play like that?

Attempting to clear an endless game makes you feel odd once you realize it.

Yes, that kind of odd.

That is highly unlikely. Bethesda has a good streak with the Elder Scrolls series.

Not particularly. Oblivion got a lot of attention and was one of the first real RPGs for the 360, hence why it sold so much. It wasn't actually a very thorough game and a lot was left to modders to correct. While Morrowind was very good, a lot of the staff involved aren't there anymore.

This is probably why Bethesda is churning out half finished games. A huge chuck of the more in depth aspects to its Elder Scrolls gameplay (Birthsigns, Classes and a lot of stats) have been completely dropped for this one.
Also, there's now supposedly only four armour slots. (jewelry and rings count as three of the four)

Essentially, the game is being made more mainstream.

Appealing to... dare I say it... "casual gamers" by removing a lot of complications. Like attributes and accessories.

I think they want to appeal to a broader audience, which translates to "fuck the dedicated fans, we need call of duty types".

I wouldn't go that far. A wider audience is always nice, and the "die-hards" will always complain about it for no other reason than the company is trying to delude the exclusivity of the brand. They're not wrong, of course, but there's also nothing to worry about.

But I've noticed that, as I get older, I don't really care for super complex bullshit, I just want to play a game and not have to worry about min-maxing or strategics or whatever. I want to see the story these people have to tell, or, in cases like this, the story these people want me to tell.

[www.penny-arcade.com] And shit like this just gets on my nerves.

I'm in a similar boat myself. I don't like statistics and having to deal with too much control bullshit, but pulling the games insides out is rarely a good idea. Especially since most of it is optional, you don't have to be a level 100 everything.

Now we've got fuck all customisation, but improved fighting animation. Wonderful.
