Although I'm displeased that the Halo franchise is Xbox 360 exclusive, that doesn't mean I'm no longer enjoy its soundtracks. Halo 4's new theme might be different from the first trilogy's theme, but it's still arousing to hear.

Got every Star Ocean: The Last Hope achievement and I concur with the guy that got all 1000 before me in the Game Informer review.
It is a whole lot of work for little reward. Good thing I do things for me or I might be more upset at the turn out. I always figured if you are happy with your choices or enjoy them then whatever you actually accomplish to others means jack shit.

I did it and I'd never take it back for all the time in the world.

Also I really liked Star Ocean myself. I'm not big on that many RPG games, but Star Ocean when I first played it on the PSP made me really like the series. After I found out I could not back up my game data for that fucking game on my PS3, I kinda stopped playing it because I was really far and I didn't want to go through that whole bullshit again. I would have to take like, a whole week on just that game alone just to get back to where I was again.

It's a shame too, it's one of those games that sits there that I still haven't beaten yet. Another game is Valkyria Chronicles. I really want to go back and play Star Ocean again, but I'mma need ALOT of patience to do that. Plus Max Payne is really enjoyable to play over and over again with challenges.

The Canadian tournament that happened this past Weekend, Toryuken. The matches were good but the stream chat was the most fun thing of all. 2,000+ from Fanatiq stream Trolling the Toryuken chat. Watching both at the same time was just the most fun I've had in awhile.

Even got Twitch admin Horror to show up. Talked to Fanatiq on Skype and everything. Twitch cops are here, stop spamming. Canada snitching on the FGC

Theh, as expected, sincce my PC is shit, I have an extremely heavy lag and ping, to a point where I actually have to aim a little to the sides to catch a moving enemy.

And STILL:
It´s a lot more fun than any shooter that I played before, except for syndicate, which don´t have a real online mode...

I need to start getting back into watching these tourneys. Missing all the hype and blow ups...

Word is Syphon Filter 4 comes out the end of this year for PS3. I actually looked into the series again and was surprised they made a few other games after Dark Mirror which was apparently ported on to PS2 at one point. I was disappointed as all hell in Omega Strain and pissed when I heard Dark Mirror was only a PSP exclusive. Maybe this incentive to get caught up on the series until the new game comes out for PS3?

Don't really think the cutscenes took away from the gameplay. The thing that got me was the last man standing bullshit. Especially on hardcore mode. I still think it's pretty good and a nice come back from a nearly a decade absence. Atleast it's not a Duke Nukem. I think you a lil' jaded, BasedRob.

Duke Nukem was picked up by Gearbox like some stillborn fetus 3D Realms dropped in the garbage back in 1997 when they found out they miscarried and then lied about it being alive for almost twelve years. The game was doomed to be shitty.

As for Max Payne. I have issues with the single player game. You had the first two Max Payne games that had a good lengthy level/chapter to play in an a good bit of difficulty that required some strategy as well as some intense firefights, but Max Payne 3 seemed to say fuck that and has given me short chapters only drawn out long enough by the fact you will die or fail several times playing the fucking thing.

My roommate and I opened our game to the public and many lulz were had at the expense of dumb players and their idiotic deaths. I didn't know playing with random strangers could be so hilarious.

Duke Nukem was the type of thing that should have never happened.

Anything that claims to need more years of hype build up than The World Cup or the Olympics is deceiving you. Even if you say expectations were too high the actual end product was sub par in every way and a disservice to Duke fans.

I won't lie, Max Payne 3 is a little bit more linear than the first 2. Felt like you was walking one straight path sometimes. But all in all, I still thank it's a great game after being gone for so long to the point where people thought that was it for Max Payne.

Now that Ono is sick and temporarily stepped down as producer for Capcom, I wonder what's gonna happen to that new title that they was announcing and who will be working on it.

Ebay 'em? If you look at the SRK Arcade Stick threads there are plenty of people out there who want to buy a stick. Hell, even if they're broken, Sticks are so barebones underneath you could take a screwdriver to them and sell the parts for a modest amount.
