Why do I have less magical accuracy than before?

Edit:
And with all cloth gear, I definitely should have more. 66.4% down to 60.6% with same gear and staff that should now give bonuses with proficiency?

I have -1 Attack Acc, but +1 Magic Acc compared to before.

1. Since the change in elemental rating has such an impact on everyone on the ability tree, i think a universal free ability reset should be a sensible suggestion.

2. What's the use of interference right now?
It doesn't make spells fail, nor it makes spells have less damage.
Why it's still existing?

interference low the effect of magic.
take myself as an example, at 126 Curative pro, 82 interference , the Regen cure 96 HP per turn.
later at 126 Curative pro, 114 interference , +13 END, the Regen cure 79 HP per turn

It puts a penalty on magic proficiency. It becomes more noticeable the higher level you are.

Because everyone tries to max their primary damage stats (STR/DEX/INT). Which is why the proficiency bonus gives END/WIS/AGI to round things out a bit.

Calculated that for a 250 level guy, assuming he has been wearing full phase armor with maxed EDB.

Before patch:
Base EDB total = 3.6 + 3.3 + 3 + 2.7 + 2.4 = 15
Total EDB scaled at level 250: (1+250/50)(15) = 90

After patch:
Base EDB total = 5.4 + 4.95 + 4.5 + 4.05 + 3.6 = 22.5
Total EDB scaled at level 250: (1+250/50)(22.5) = 135

So if you can get about 45% EDB bonus if you have all maxed phase armor.
And considering the fact that silk has been removed, phase should drop more often, so you have more chance to get a good one (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Of course, those mages of lower levels will suffer because of level scaling, but it's ridiculous in the first place that you are suddenly stronger when you reach a certain level.

What are the restrictions on what we can name skills? I noticed I can't use apostrophes or question marks, though I can have spaces and use over 12 characters.

The change on magic rating is disappointing and mage-crushing. i had to switch my difficulty from hard to normal for arenas, starting from dark skies arena in order to finish them.

and why, oh why that the shadow veil should be nerfed? from 10.5 to 7.8 evade chance is massive loss, while mages are really dependent to their evade chance, especially when facing mobs.

I used to clear 25-30 rounds on hard grindfest, but now I only manage 20-25 rounds. please reconsider, because monsters that agitated with half-assed spell damage could easily wipe me down, especially in arena.

About restoratives, could we use too much potion for an insignificant heals? for example,my HP is 1350/1355 when i already use 3 lesser potions. does the system will force me to use another potion to heal the remaining 5 HP? what a waste.

my suggestions if things are going to be like this forever :
- please make the targeted monster with AoE spells always hit no matter how much the magic accuracy or monster's resistance, this is to give balance with that agitated monster thing
- please give a notify about what and how many potions we use.
- phase equips should give ALL elemental bonus damage, not just one particular element.
- all cloth equips should give base evade bonus to make up the nerfed shadow veil

last, why do monsters keep resisting my spells? seems that their resist chance is doubled, OR my accuracy is halved.
