They are resistance right now. Compare the resistance on your equipment screen to what you get from equipment, and the difference should be the abilities (+auras) you have.

Wait, you mean those ratings I trained up in ability tree are useless for offense? I thought it was the EDB ones for armors that didn't affect the defenses. Damn that will hurt, especially without resetting trees. And BTW I don't have a green aura, and never planned on it but maybe now... hehe in a few dozen levels.

This is probably a stupid question, but still, since the difference is massive, I was wondering if the heavy armor set bonus is applied to the final total after all the burden is added together, or if it's applied to each piece of armor individually?

My current spirit point level is 101. I used the restorative function and it took THREE greater spirit potions to fully charge.
That's a little bit much. 1 1/2 should of put it near full.

Yea, jumping into a single grindfest round on cake to heal up with spells and then fleeing hardly seems all that arduous.

i know i said last post that i was done asking questions, and this is sort of sidebar but would it be possible to make a link to HV in the forums header? or even a link back to E-H main page? this has been a small Pet peeve of mine since i started HV that when browsing the forums only there is no way to navigate back into HV its the only part of the E-H network without a link to the rest of the network.

Something ppl should realize: Mage power stayed around the same. Conquest had over 100% fire edb before 5.3, and with the 150% buff to edb phase, he would have over 150% fire edb, making up for the ~50% loss in ratings. Mages just have to invest more in equip rather than ap. This is a way to even the playing field for players who do not have pre-nerf phase. Some ppl are pissed b/c they (I am including myself here) have pre-nerf phase and brought it for a high price.
I should mention that above conquest's level, you'll probably be doing more damage than pre-patch.
AH SUGGESTION: Can we have more RiddleMaster puzzles? I'm getting one every 20 rounds... and doing the same maze is boring... maybe something with hentai?

OK, not even close. Regen is better. For me, regen gives 60 pts for 18 rounds at a cost of 23 mana (46.96 health/mana) ; cure is 685 for 18 mana (38.06 h/m). So... never mind! I have to say that other than forcing a rethink, I don't mind this update at all. If i had more equip, I might have cause to whine, but I don't so I can get some now. Or y'all can send me some. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) But I still wish that custom mobs showed their monster type at the beginning of the round instead of "hostile". Excuse me,
Does the proficiency gain rate been decreased?
Because after I finished my daily Arena, I found that my elemental proficiency increased less than before.
