The sink's first victim.
Hardly. I haven't spent more than a paltry amount of GP on the Lottery and would make a huge profit if I converted the GP I bought back into credits. I just want more out of my investment.

@hitokiri: Sell the GP for 2.4x buy price, like I did. But Lottery is weapons only, so no shade/power/phase will be generated.
Is that so? I just looked, and so far you're right. That doesn't mean it can't generate a peerless slaughter estoc or katalox of heimdall/fenrir/destruction. Unless someone told you it'll never generate Peerless. In that case, it's not evil, it's worthless. And it would take me forever to sell the volume I bought at 2.4x without some more appetizing Lottery equips.
You can go tell tenboro that people would pump WAY MORE GP into the lottery if it generated armors. And if it generated a peerless armor, idk, say once a month, then it would actually be evil. People would be in a frenzy to buy (and lose) tons of GP. Of course, some lucky few people will win big, but in the end, the Casino is always the real winner (Tenboro.)

The evil is in that you're placing your GP offers akin to an auction depending on how valuable the main price is, but unlike in an auction everyone pays, regardless if they get the item or not.
Anyone who bids amounts like they are buying it straight up is a moron that deserves to lose their GP. I haven't seen it generate anything other than the same troll crap that people typically get with drops. And if it keeps doing bad items then it will never even pull in more than a fraction of a fraction of GP that Stonycat gets all on his lonesome from H@H, much less the global amount generated.
Ironic that people complained about the first item being not so great (legendary katalox of destruction), yet it's still been the best thing generated so far.
That's why I say it's a disappointment. On the Tenboro scale of HV evil, judging from past actions, the Lottery currently rates at about a 2 out of 10 points. That is, it barely registers as evil.
