Just took a look at the Grammy nominations for the year and can see Adele pretty much walking away with anything she was nominated for. I can appreciate her voice but all of her music seems to be about the same dude and how she's just so heartbroken. I doubt many people really pay much attention to substance though. I also feel like Gaga is going to walk away empty in her categories. Anything that "Watch the Throne" got nominated for will probably sweep too. I don't think there's going to be a dark horse surprise like year with Arcade Fire but the Grammy committee has a way with pulling that shit yearly.

All I can say is please make sure Bruno Mars doesn't win anything. I hate that mocha looking mother fucker.

If there's anywhere that's possible, it's the Grammys.

Their new layout looks alright I guess. But it's impractical. I hate the way subscription updates are presented now, for example...
I'd rather have a shitty looking layout that works alright.

I think dancing is the stupidest abomination(I hope that's the right word) of free will and exppression since the ten commandements.(Taking out expressive/impro dancing, ofcourse, which isn't seen outside of the theatre anyway....)
Why? I can't dance for my life (lack of hands/feet coordination since I was a child, basically I can't tell my feet to move in any specific way save walking while I'm focusing on some other part of my body), but I wish I could, since things like this are pretty awesome, and I envy people who can do them:

And all dance is expressive if dancer has such talent.

That's exactly why I added that exception. the creator of the video probably also created the moves by himself. What I meant was that "No you have to do it like that!"-Bullshit where thousands of people all look and do the exact same thing with no sense or meaning behind it other than behaving as other expect from them to unoriginal or stupid music.
Take anything from waltz to carameldansen. I think it's stupid and should only be used for comical effect.
I also think clubs are a disaster first world developement. Makes me want to slauther them all as soon as I step into one.
I won't be going on any more concerts either. Just can't stand the crowds. It's a bit sad, but I've never been THAT much into live music anyway. At least not under such circumstances.

What's funny is I was at YouTube doing the "rabbitholing" thing and I kept seeing the layout change. By the time I'd gotten to the weird side watching creepy videos, I saw the background color change from white to that awful light gray color that's similar to the forum's Ambiance background color here.

Speaking of that, I wish we could have more background color choices here at E-H. The current ones are shit.

Coffe was also widely used in the Arab. It comes from Ethiopia BTW.
Clubs, Dancehalls and all the other fuckalike have their origin in industrialized societies. That's all I meant.

I'm thinking of learning guitar. I wanted to before, but I didn't do anything with it. Now I want to again, and I hope I can actually stay with it.

So apparently we're getting a new Amy Winehouse album tomorrow of all her unreleased tracks. It'll probably end up #1 since nothing sells records better than dying.

Same here. My chief obstacle the past few years has been not having a guitar. Before that I was at least starting to learn a bit.

And I still have yet to mess with that music software crap I downloaded. Maybe when this semester's over.

I'll probably just put myself in isolation for a week or so teaching myself by printing tabs to songs in increasing difficulties.

Dayuuuuum. I REALLY gotta try getting a Megashark in terraria. 23 damage, insanely fast speed, and 50% chance to not consume ammo? That's fucking whack.

EDIT: Last thing I thought is, how the hell did I post this in the fucking culture version of this thread?
