hate to burst your wonderful interpratation but donk music is A sub-genre of house music, also known as bouncy house; also a percussion sound used in this genre. Bouncy House or "Donk" (pipe-sounding mid-beat). Its a sample that DJ's use over tracks to make them more bouncy, but most people I know find it repetitive & annoying
