Blughghg, I found that on YouTube when I was watching Family Guy clips. I was watching them do the voice-overs and a link led to a link which led to that. Another shocking thing is the guy who does Cleveland's voice is white.

I ultimately didn't go.

I just couldn't get over wasting 40 Euros to supposedly enjoy being pushed around by fat kids with terrible hair cuts in a claustrophobia-inducing crowd.

Instead, I decided on using the money to fill up our refrigerator again.

This made me have a very pleasant evening where i slacked off, watched ponies, an interestign documentation about catfish...

And right now, i'm done preparing myself some awesome cream-and-onion-wraps, i'm gonna lean back now and rewatch Stargate season 6 while eating my awesome meal.

Soap Operas have been around long before Texaco Star, child.

The name comes from the fact that soap companies, like Proctor & Gamble, were pretty much the sole sponsors of the genre.

No, soap operas were around before that show. I think Soap took its name from soap operas as it was kind of a spoof of them.

I remember hearing that soap operas got that name because the commercials would advertise laundry detergent (called laundry soap powder back then) to the housewives at home watching them.
