I didn't watch Resident Evil yet. But at least I have it on my non-anime watchlist now. And I learned that the latest (?) Resident Evil film (Welcome to Raccoon City) should be avoided at all cost.
So, for now I'll wait for Amazon to invite me for a free Prime month.

Oh, didn't expect to see Jennifer Garner to be among Llama Llama's voice cast. Nice.

Recently, I saw people talking at the perfect volume for within public transports: they were mute. Must have countered a bit the noisy groups and shameless phoners.

1. On the night of Diya Dinkley's disappearance - the time Velma recalled her mom supposedly left the house to find replacement presents for her birthday, she was really investigating the location of a dead mad scientist's lab and Fred's family had nothing to Diya's disappearance because it took place before the Jones moved in to the dilapidated house (later converting it to a mansion).
2, The dead mad scientist also turns out to be Norville's grandmother who was a neurosurgeon conducting brain experiments and later on committed to Crystal Cove Mental Asylum. The secretive connection between Norville's mother and the mental asylum showed in Episode 3 is finally addressed.
3. The brain experiments is revealed to be part of the spy program for the military involving implanting a soldier's brain into another living body. The program is called Special Covert Operation Brain Initiative - SCOOBI. That's the second Scooby-Doo reference in the series. The first was when Fred saw someone painting a picture of a Great Dane (which definitely resembles Scooby-Doo) and the third was Velma reacting to the SCOOBI program reveal by asking: "SCOOBI? What did SCOOBI do?"
4. "The Thief" - whose real name is Darrell - is confirmed to be Daphne's biological father. As to the mystery why Daphne is 100% Asian but have red hair, it's because her biological mother smoked a lot, even during pregnancy.
5. So, Diya disappeared while researching on a mad scientist whose experiments involve removing brains and keeping it alive outside the body. The murders victims had their brains removed surgically, so it would seem the disappearance of Velma's mother is connected to the murders. But what really happened to Velma's mother? Was she murdered? Or kidnapped and being held somewhere? Does the current murders mean someone is trying to resurrect SCOOBI?

"Generations" feel like a largely meaningless denominator, of questionable value and with porous - often arbitrary and shifting - boundaries

Last night I watched Warlock: The Armageddon (1993) which is the sequel to Warlock (1989) starring Julian Sands. I've seen the first one lots of times but the second one just maybe twice so I saw it again. Just as I remembered, he's really good in it! (IMG:[ images2.imgbox.com] https://images2.imgbox.com/c4/a0/EDTQ1clB_o.jpg) It's an enjoyable gory horror film despite the bad special effects from those days. In the scene after he scalps the hooker he picks up along the road, there's an eerie bit after it when it shows a road sign saying something like San Bernardino city limits and Welcome to California. That's near where he disappeared in the mountains. A long time ago, we took a trip through the mountain range there after coming back from Indio and Palm Springs. The mountains were pristine and there were bits of melted snow along the road but it was very cold from the elevation.

Turns out there are four seasons of Archibald's Next Big Thing Is Here. I've only managed to find, download and watch the first three. So frustrating. I need to watch the forth season!

Turns out Close Enough is available on Netflix. Thought it was HBO Max exclusive.

The people who designed all those weird creatures for Netflix's Alien Worlds, whatever weeds they were smoking, I want some.

In Season 2 of Nate is Late, Malika is revealed to have 2 mothers. As far I can recall, this is the fouth animated show I've watched that features gay parents, after The Bravest Knight, The Hollow and Velma.

Now I see. knew the backgrounds in Llama Llama looked familiar. Steven Universe used similar crayon-like art style for its backgrounds and sceneries as well.

When I see someone using the name Archibald, I think of one of the 2 key characters from the game Heroes of Might and Magic 2 (or was it 3?)

In the IMAX version of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, only the forest fight scenes (where the Decepticons and Optimus Prime were fighting over the life of Sam Witwicky) make use of IMAX. That's it. The rest of movie were in 2.4 AR.

Over 20 years ago, the voice actors who were responsible for Malay dub of foreign shows were completely unknown. 5 to 10 years later, rare instances of newspaper articles and live interviews appeared but those only covered a few voice actors. Nowadays, I can now refer to this YouTube Channel and this [ alih-suara.fandom.com] wiki site. Although, the info presented is still quite limited. E.g. no confirmation for the dubbings of some TV series like Where's Waldo, Cleopatra in Space, Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle, Home: Adventures of Tip and Oh, Noddy Toyland Detective and It's Pony to name a few.

Okay. So Velma at long last had found her missing mom. She appears to suffer sort of amnesia because she remembers everyone, all but the identity of the serial killer who abducted her and forced her to be a house servant in the serial killer's lair. Odd. Could the serial killer be someone Diya Dinkley knows personally? After all, her clue back in Episode 6 did lead Velma directly to discover the killer's cellphone number. Anyway, the theory that the serial killer is trying to recreate SCOOBI experiment proved to correct but who does he want to swap brains with is still a mystery. Could it be with Fred Jones? I can't think of any reason for his abduction by the killer. Also, what happened to Caroll, Daphne's biological mother? By the end of Episode 6, it's implied she was murdered by the serial killer. Perhaps Carroll wasn't an intended victim, seeing as how three previous murder victims were hot high school girls. Because the serial killer's lair is also located in the Crystal Caves, it is possible she was murdered for wandering off too far and accidentally discovering the path that leads directly to the lair.

Assuming the facts presented by the character named BTG are all true, then that makes Adventure Beast educational, aside being a goofy adult animated show.

The actress who both voiced and played Bonnie in Adventure Beast's live action segment during the end credits looked Asian. Maybe of Filipino descent.

Looks like no more live action segment for Adventure Beast after 3 episodes. Must be a last minute cost-cutting decision during production.
