Just watched the final episode of Shimmer and Shine. Sad the series has come to an end, but at least it had a good run. 4 seasons in total.

The new season of RuPaul's Drag Race started. The queens this time are godawful and ugly as shit. None of them have good personalities or any talent, a far cry from the past few seasons that had cute queens who were very talented and friendly which made me cheer them on. This group of uggos don't transform into beautiful drag queens, they look like fugly football players in garish trashy clothes.

I didn't know "Our Cartoon President" had more then one season!

At first I was confused as to why Louis Ashbourne Serkis' name was still in the credits even though Noddy was now voiced by a different VA (Santiago Winder). After careful listening, I realized the song in the "Time to Open a New Case" sequence still contains his voice, all while the rest of the dialogue had been re-dubbed by the new VA.

No wonder Jackie Chan was cast as Master Wu in Lego Ninjago Movie. I've always thought his voice is unsuitable for the character but now I understand their choice. The movie's Master Wu has a lot of humor, very different from his TV series counterpart.

The long awaited new season of Hell's Kitchen started. This group of chefs doesn't look too scummy. There will be drama, though.

Update: a friend of mine found a 320kbps mp3 rip of it, so I guess that's good enough for me (I'd prefer flac because I'm retarded that way, but I am perfectly aware this is acceptable, and probably a bit wasteful, since it was done using a modern codec rather than one from the 90's).

It's fun to practice my French skills after so many years with the songs that have lyrics.

The album's a jam, even when I'm not listening for the lyrics (which I mostly can make out when I'm focusing). One of the best cartoon soundtracks I've heard, I think (to my tastes, at least). I love how synthy some of the tracks are (it's not especially cheesy synth, IMO).

The so-called Kulkus in Alien Siege are indistinguishable from human beings. Budget must have been very tight, so much that production can't afford costumes or at least use CGI to create the aliens.

Siegfried of Siegfried & Roy has died. Roy died last year from complications due to covid and now his partner has passed away from pancreatic cancer. I'm sure they're together again, partners in heaven. RIP

You might be thinking of Tiger King? I never saw the series but someone got killed and fed to a tiger there and other people died on the property. Ghost Adventures investigated that place and it's haunted.
