Swamp People is one of the worst shows I've ever seen. I came across it one night and I couldn't believe my eyes. It's basically toothless inbred imbeciles murdering alligators. Fucking horrible. Why the hell do they have these idiotic shows on TV? Who the hell watches that crap? It's cruel and stupid.
EDIT: All of the above also applies to Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

They do some funny publicity stunts on occasion, like paying people a million dollars to come out with proof they were having some sordid affair with a politician, but other than that, it's a mess. Listening to Larry Flynt talk takes every effort to not just off yourself.

I don't, I came across it a couple of times on TV and saw just enough to be disgusted by it. Today I watched Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon on AMC. The very ending of that movie always gets me and it's so stunning and heartbreaking when she leaps off the bridge. It reminded me of an old martial arts movie my brother turned me onto a long time ago called Butterfly and Sword and I found it on YouTube and watched that today as well. Hadn't seen that one in a while. |
