After waking up very early this morning, I couldn't sleep and watched an animated movie called Song of the Sea (2014).

It was interesting and I'd never heard of it before. When I pressed the info button on the remote control, the description said something like A 1920s socialite falls for a Viking hijacker. I was like what? Someone was definitely trolling.

I should really get around to watching some of the classics

It's quiet. Too quiet.

And then I watched Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets all the way through on demand with limited interruptions. Thank goodness because when I tried watching it on regular TV with commercials, I got lost. There was too much CGI thrown at you but if you watch it all the way through from beginning to end and really pay attention, the story makes sense and it isn't half bad.

What was bad was the main character casting. I'm surprised they didn't use big-name stars for such a huge project. It's good for seeing once but I wouldn't watch it again. I kept staring at fugly Cara Delevingne's Neanderthal brow ridge and the bags under Dane DeHaan's eyes.

Hollywood is now going after the James Bond franchise to destroy it. 007 will be played by a black female, and not a good looking one, either.

The announcement of Lashana Lynch’s casting as 007 this summer was big news, partially because of some confusion over the fact that she won’t be playing the actual character of James Bond in 2020’s No Time to Die, but a spy who inherits the codename in the wake of Bond’s retirement. Still, the casting of a black woman as 007 was pretty damn cool

Saw the movie The Last Witch Hunter.
Thought that Dolan 37 really look like Emmanuel Macron, possibly even on the inside (for the character this time, don't know about the actor).
Also thought that if there was a Starcraft movie/series, it would not take a lot of work to adapt the Witch Queen setup for Infested Kerrigan / Queen of Blades (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Wish I could interact with people at work like in The Office.
The characters make it look so easy, and they're not even that far from real people.

Hotel Transylvania the Series is back! Yay! Didn't think it's getting a season 2.

Trvl Channel is outdoing itself with its Ghostober programing. Paranormal shows all the time, I love it.

I dunno about this, looks pretty dark and weird. Sequels to huge hits are sometimes tricky, they can either be good or ruin everything really fast.

Definitely watch the first Frozen movie, it's really good. The animation in the second one from that trailer looks different than the first, the first looks better.

Been watching a lot of old TV shows lately.

So I was watching reruns of this show Extinct or Alive that I'd never heard of before on Animal Planet and the dude found evidence on trail cam video that the Zanzibar leopard is not extinct after all and also caught video of a Zanzibar servaline genet for the first time in history as it was only previously seen in photos.

I thought wow, this show is great. That is until I saw the ep where they found a Fernandia tortoise in the Galapagos and kidnapped it. They said the female turtle was over 100 years old and those bastards took her from her home to keep her in captivity. That made me dislike this show and I hope any extinct animals that are still out there can avoid discovery. Stay safe, thylacine, I'm glad they didn't find you.
