Had a really good day today with my friend and was out and about. We heard from his friend on the phone that Tom Petty died. Then I came home and looked it up and he was either taken off life support following a heart attack or actually died, not sure at this moment.

Then I read about the shooting in Las Vegas. Holy shit. I have one good day and look what happens.

Anyway, my favorite Tom Petty song will always be Free Fallin'.

Watched the 1991 He-Man series. Finally found how Venus Terzo (Blackarachnia in Beast Wars/Azura in Barbie Fairytopia) and Cathy Weseluck (Spike in MLP:FiM) sounded like when they were younger (early 20s). Additionally, six of the cast members - Gary Chalk, Venus Terzo, Campbell Lane, Doug Parker, Don Brown & Scott McNeil would later have roles in Beast Wars which premiered six years later.

The Disappearance of Maura Murray that's been airing on Oxygen is really good. Never heard of this girl before but the show is another disappearance/murder mystery series that's really well done like the Natalee Holloway and Laci Peterson series.

In episode 6 of The Orville titled "Krill" I noticed something disturbing. It was during the church scene when the Krill priest held up the decapitated human head. It wasn't the decapitated stuff that was disturbing but the face on it looked like Alan Rickman.

I'm not even shitting you, that really freaked me out. I was watching it on demand and kept rewinding it and pausing it. Alan Rickman was in the movie Galaxy Quest which is also a Star Trek spoof so I don't know if there was a connection or if I was just seeing things.

The ending of the movie Mirrors (2008) is totally fucked. Holy shit.

I just checked and there's a sequel. I'm not watching that.
