Was that shit overhyped! Seriously yo, it was good but not THAT good. It damn sure wasn't the greatest thing ever shown on TV. This may just be my biased taste in preferring sci-fi/fantasy over modern/realistic but that was more painful to watch than enjoyable. Not painful in a "this really sucks" way but in a "I'm so sick of all these lies" kinda way and I'm glad it's over.

Actually, I should probably blame anime for my opinion. It's spoiled me to the point where nothing live action can impress me as much as it does common folk.

Trying to remember the title of a sci-fi anthology I read a few years ago. There was a short story about moon moths, and another one about extraterrestrial slimes 'devolving' into modern day life (the author had a quirky justification for unicellular organisms being the superior life-form, if I recall correctly).
Also disappointed that some people (i.e. extreme leftists) are deluded enough to try to justify the Ferguson riots.
