I thought i was reading a Laruffi movie screenplay.

Basically he (and cgrascal) are using google translate or something similar with little to no attempt at correcting the broken English, so it leads to their translation being incoherent even though the grammar is correct. That's the only explanation I can think of, as even ESL folks speak much better English with grammatical errors.
