I don't know what to expect from this movie. But it's Nolan so it might turn out to be good.

[www.theguardian.com] Welp... Petey O' Toole's dead (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

The only movie I remember him from was Troy with Brad Pitt.

Spoiler text - Highlight to read...
The scene where he begs for his son's body back always gives me goose bumps.

He was famous for the epic classic Lawrence of Arabia.

Young and good looking in that. And there's the famous scene where Lawrence is beaten and raped by the Turks. They don't actually show the rape but it's heavily implied. They stretch him out over a bench and then later kick his ass out in the mud. Great stuff. R.I.P. Pete.

I know. I just never got around to watching that classic. My mom gave me as a gift a 3-part VHS collection set of that movie I never got around to watching. Maybe sometime soon, I'll just dust off the tapes and my old VHS player and get around to watching it...

That, or I'll see if Netflix or Amazon video has it available.

It's pretty good, based on the real life of T. E. Lawrence, as I'm sure you know. Seemed like an interesting man. He and Peter O'Toole looked so much alike. If you're really lazy, they show the movie on Turner Classic Movies every so often. That's when I watch it. I'm so lazy, I wait till stuff comes on TV. At least on TCM they show it uncut and no commercials.

A tidbit about the movie is that no women have speaking roles, in fact, there's few women even shown in it at all. It's a long movie but watch it at least once.

It's odd, we're in middle of December but there's still a warm Sun, and we aren't in the beach. So all that bullshit of global warming is true after all, yet nobody cares about it. Heh

But now I'm glad I have it.

Weird, why did the episode "Stage Fright" (Camp Lakebottom) uses the Indonesian dub instead of Malay?

We need some money, it would be great if someone sends us the money we need, plus some newspaper for the cold. Also, why I should care about people being tortured overseas?

Caring is sharing.

I think its funny that using certain words shites people, like saying 'utilised' and 'whilst' too often. Likewise using certain conjunction words such as 'also', 'therefore', and 'but' become quite grating if used too often.
They were the biggest offenders in one report I had to do a huge amount of editing.

Usually using words ending with 'ly' at the start of a sentence does not add anything.

The mysterious female protagonist, Kristi North is Santa Claus' daughter! Though it was never actually mentioned in the movie, but all the hints point to that. (Christmas Mail)

I thought Ra-One (an Indian movie starring Shah Rukh Khan) was about a guy wearing a high-tech suit. It turned out that it's about video game characters coming alive.
