The ratings juggernaut that is "Downton Abbey" shows no signs of stopping.

The Season 3 premiere of the World War I-era British costume epic on PBS on Sunday drew 7.9 million total viewers, its highest total yet, according to Nielsen.

Holy fuck, nearly 8 million people in the US watched it. We've been watching it since the beginning and it really spiraled out of control into a massive hit. Shit's brutal.

.... this is sad. here the anime is being "banned" from TV and being substituted by cheap national shit. So far, the only thing one can see is pokemon, naruto and all those merchandising pieces of shit toy makers dare to call "entertaining series". Now, the only way to see good stuff is via internet, usually under the black flag. I miss those days were anime looked as a promising thing....

Upcoming revisions in the next release of Star Wars Episode IV:

- They will finally correct the plot hole where Obi-Wan says of the Jawa sandcrawler, "These blast points... Only Imperial Stormtroopers are so precise." He will instead say, "Imperial Stormtroopers did this. Something this large and slow, they can hit."

- Luke will officially be given a Fiber-Optic Rainbow Saber which changes colors randomly throughout each scene.

- The implausibility and implicit racism of the main characters mostly being white humans has been addressed. All of the lead characters have been digitally replaced with a diverse 3D-rendered cast representing the Star Wars universe's many races. Lando Calrissian becomes a Gungan, and Luke Skywalker is a Hutt. George Lucas said this is important to show that "Not all Hutts are evil", and to give young Hutts who may someday watch the movie a role model to look up to.

- Costumes of Vader the Hutt will be available for the Halloween season.

- Not only do Luke and Vader deliver their lines in Huttish, but all dialog is spoken in the characters' native Galactic languages and subtitled.

- In an added scene, battle droids discuss the virtues of pacifism and nonviolent resistance for 50 minutes. In Episode IV, they are indeed present, but have reprogrammed themselves into Peace Droids and resolved to become biological beings' spiritual teachers.

- Instead of shooting Greedo, Han Solo now dodges his shots, disarms him without hurting him and kisses him passionately, redeeming him with his love.

- And many more changes you'll have to buy the 4K UHDTV version to see!

George Lucas says that this is it, the final version. All the DVDs and HD Blu-Rays will be claimed by laser rot, and this is the only one that will survive to posterity.

I don't get it, banks supposedly exists to help people, but then system crashes and a lot of corruption is unveiled, so, now people has to give their money to help the banks, which aren't doing nothing except take the homes of those who couldn't pay. Then , which is the good point about existence of banks?
