The Killing does weird things to me emotionally. I love Linden, Holder, and Richmond, and completely revile everybody else. (I just got into it; DVR'd the whole first season and haven't caught up to the new episodes yet, so don't talk to me about it right away) QUOTE(Benjiro @ Apr 5 2012, 05:43) I'm not sure how the association for this are justifyable, but [ tvtropes.org] Funny Games is one of the most awesome movies I saw up to date, makes being a goddamn inhumane piece of shit almost tempting. I kind of wanted to see that. Not sure what that says about me.

Beauty competitions suck, but I don't see why only natural-born women could participate. [ en.wikipedia.org] "If it looks like a woman, moves like a woman, and talks like a woman, then it probably is a woman." (Yes, let's just forget about the trap part.) Enough with the bashing already. Those people have gone through a lot to become what they are, so just let them participate and quit being douches about it. This post has been edited by Mika Kurogane: Apr 10 2012, 20:47

Yes, but beauty competitions are so fucking degrading and they should've died out decades ago. Bitches prancing around in bikinis and doing horrid talent garbage and allowing themselves to be judged like that. Awful.
Speaking of awful, has anyone seen that show My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding on TLC? Good God, those jailbait teenage sluts wearing skimpy hooker clothing with their big boobs hanging out. And that's not when they're wearing those ginormous frilly gowns.

I didn't know Douglas Adams was involved in the Doctor Who business. QUOTE For other people named Douglas Adams, see Douglas Adams (disambiguation). No thank you Wikipedia, enough disappointment for now.

QUOTE(Benjiro @ Apr 11 2012, 14:10) God dammit I want to make music. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) Then do it. Unless you mean, like, make it well. Then I can't really help.

Making nice music is tough.
Especially if you want to make music that everyone will find nice. Then it becomes impossible instead.

I used to play piano (classically-trained), but then I stopped. True story.

Yeah, I probably should've specified that: Tapping on the table and chirping around on a penny whistle just doesn't get to me anymore. I will never be able to afford a drumset, nor will I have the time and nerves to join a band. I usually am way too self-conscious to sing, no matter how much I'm being encouraged to actively do so, I play piano when I visit a pal of mine that has it, but I visit him seldomly, and piano isn't my thing, really. On top of that, I actually meant electronic music, and the only fucking thing that is in my way for this is our horribly old computer that nearly breaks when do as much as open youtube. Now come me again with those typical "then simply do it!" comments! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
