I knew I wasn't going to be fond of it when I saw that Katara and her get along.

So I'm watching Bizarre Foods or Bizarre Foods America, whichever the hell one it is, and while I like watching Andrew Zimmern stuff his face with disgusting noms, I saw a poor little duck get its throat slit so they could drink its blood and then roast and eat it, and in the following episode, they shot a little deer! How terrible. Just go to McDonald's and eat the disgusting shit there if you want shock value ratings.

Not sure what they were saying, but it was pretty funny... I'm an expert rifleman though, I don't like to burst rounds into a target, I prefer well aimed single shots. I imagine that's how I will hunt animals too.

Maybe I'll take a nice bloody picture of some cute little baby deer's innards being strung out and played like a violin and post it here for Tens to see.

I'm not getting up close to an animal. Not only do I not want to I wouldn't be able to. Unless we had stealth camouflage :3

That's what makes it so much fun! Also, it'll be nice to know all my training, the long-distance X-country runs will culminate in me... catching something to eat with my bare hands! (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Though my chicken-ranching friends might not be too pleased...

Disregarding the fact that anything can be used as a weapon in dangerous situations, I've never held a real weapon besides kitchen knives (time for another national joke).
If I started some kind of training, that's how I'd like to do it as well, though. I hate wasting stuff, be it money, arrows or bullets.

EDIT : And the interests field says "Wasting time". Well, yeah, that's an exception to the rule.

Take Pseudoshy's advice, equip a +10 Yggdrasil Bow with a scope attached to it and shoot the fucker from a 200-yard distance.

Then get your loot, pluck it, ready your oven and eat hearty.

The endurance-hunting's more a bucket-list, "Look! I can catch an antelope on foot!" type thing (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) archery, on the other hand, might happen this summer. Borrow my brother's bow, & practice a bit at the ranch.
