You set a COD so you should have received the payment.

There's a hefty fee with for COD (I think it's 5%) which is why few people use it. In the future you're probably best just sending the crystals and asking for payment via credit transfer, since that's free.

Vast is correct, so quite a lot of people will still see her. Those who do meet her get the joy of seeing her on a regular basis. I just counted and I met her 22 times in 100 rounds of Grindfest, so she appears roughly once every five rounds to give out easy Exp to all.
