The thing is great. So low level but so buffed. Prefix wins! I wish I have money for it.

I don't think I'd want to level it that far now with the changes in 0.5.2, even if I still had the money to bid with. BT IW past 250 rounds is brutal, and I imagine it would be much more severe with a Legendary than a Superior or Exquisite.

That's true but won't that item have a chance to drop another Legendary item or a much higher chance to drop Magnificent or Exquisite?

Then don't BT past that point, reduce the dificulty, plus this thing has 1.4 instead of the max 1 quality value. It's like you're taking a legendary+average items at same time (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

No, equipment prefix doesn't affect quality bonus at all.

I have a question. This kind of item drop randomly or from special events? Does it matter what level you are?

You just have to be extremely lucky, he is the 2nd guy ever getting a legendary drop in god knows how many equipment drops.

Just FYI, don't take the lack of competition currently as a lack of bidding interest. I'll weigh in once I've raised some more credits. Also, since I'm guessing tmihor's bid is mostly based on Hath, it'd be nice if you could set a Hath->Credit exchange rate. Current rate seems to be spot on 4,000.

Ah, I wasn't aware that his bid was mostly hath, I assumed bids would be stated as hath bids. See how little I know of the auction system here. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) At any rate, yes, 4k seems to be the average from what people have said so that is a suitable exchange rate.

That was just an assumption, you'd need to ask the person who made the 5 million bid to see if it's in credits or hath. I initially thought it was a pure credit bid since you never mentioned how much a hath was worth until now.

Yeah, my apologies, that was just an assumption on my part, since normally people at his level don't have 5 million just sitting around. My guess was that since there wasn't a determined exchange rate, he was just planning to sell hath near the end of the auction or something. Also, the normal bidding "etiquette" is to convert all bids to credits since it makes it easier to follow. It might be somewhat less necessary in unique cases like this. Bid: 6,000,000 C QUOTE(Arrngrim @ Apr 25 2011, 19:39) Auction Time : Extending to 13 days, planning to end sometime next Monday afternoon. (May 9th)
I would also like this addressed when you can. Since afternoon doesn't say much in reference to timezone. Your profile says you're on the West Coast, but your user's local time says otherwise. Essentially, anything before 5:00 PM PDT (00:00 UTC) will require me to adjust my schedule a bit, or log on from work, something I'd rather avoid if possible. If that's unavoidable, I just need some forewarning. Also, I'm going to assume that "sniping" will be disallowed, so including something like Hito's rule here wouldn't hurt: QUOTE - Subsequent competing bids within this final 10 minutes will extend the auction until all but the highest bidder have conceded, or until I feel a sufficient amount of time has passed with no bids (undisclosed, so be prompt.) Only valid bidders from the initial 10 minute reset time may continue from this point. Thanks much. This post has been edited by Conquest101: May 4 2011, 15:55

Highest bid:
Conquest101 - 6mil credits
Exact time auction ends is Monday 2200CST. I will use Hito's rule to avoid sniping as well. 10 minute countdown will reset after every bid in the last 10 minutes of the auction.

Thanks for clarifying that. But CST, not CDT? So it ends Tuesday, UTC 04:00 correct?

UTC is the same as GMT. Just a different terminology. I'm West Coast US, but we're all on Daylight Savings Time now, hence my confusion.

On that note, I'd be very interested in knowing what the IW value of Panda's Legendary is. I'm pretty sure it is post nerf, so less than 1, but how close is the interesting question. Either way, nothing beats that Legendary Katana posted in the Equipment Thread.
