Ummm what
2 17 Your spike shield hits Blue Slime for 11 points of elec damage. 2 16 Blue Slime hits you for 295 crushing damage. <-- agitated 2 15 Blue Slime is agitated! 2 14 Your spike shield hits Bunko for 105 points of elec damage. 2 13 Bunko hits you for 483 piercing damage. <-- full hp 2 12 Hissing Ball Of Fur gains the effect Deep Burns. 2 11 Your spike shield hits Hissing Ball Of Fur for 79 points of elec damage. 2 10 Hissing Ball Of Fur hits you for 545 slashing damage. <-- full hp
There is something seriously wrong with this picture. Is it really agitation, or are custom monsters just too goddamned strong?

QUOTE(Sardion @ Apr 29 2011, 11:58) I just played my arenas and: -I got pwned randomly at rolling stone -i got pwned hardcorez at final round of blazing field on great health potion and casting cure -got raped on 6 round of fresh meat -got raped on 9 round of dark skies -and as I not noticed that I ran out of very last greater health potions after all this raep as I'm writing this I flee from growing storm (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Bye, moment of immortality. I know exactly what you mean...I may only be lv 56, but the custom monsters are tearing my guy apart - and it feels from pre-this patch that the monsters are all doing agitated levels of damage.. ..is this Tenboros punishment for complaining? :3 QUOTE(pfniek @ Apr 29 2011, 11:33) Today I couldn't even go past test of faith (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) I got to blazing field..and that was an exercise of lucky gem drops, potion using and reversing my typical play style of taking out the mp attack monsters (the non-customs) first

Okay.. yeah, that's a bug. And I see now why people were having problems. The global damage mod was missing from the equation.
Well, I'm not changing it back, but that's fixed now, so they should be doing the same damage as before the patch.

Glad I did my Arenas before you woke up. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I did however lose my first Arena in a long time that wasn't by a Mithra doing 125% HP damage.

Personally I'm not getting tscheck anymore, just a blank page. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) This post has been edited by eleeinos: Apr 29 2011, 13:14

Bleh, that patch broke some stuff, but it should be fine again now...
Also pushed a small update to Health Potions. They now have an instant health restoration effect in addition to the over-time regeneration.

QUOTE(dkplee @ Apr 29 2011, 00:26) It's not just you, players across all ranges of levels have been complaining about this change. I really do hope Tenboro tweaks it. At least make it an upgradeable option for custom monsters, so not every single monster and their dogs are hitting you for 25% of your life bar per hit in agitation.
Well, that does make me feel a bit better; I wouldn't exactly say my low level character, for my level, is really weak or has awful equipment; it makes me feel like I am playing Ghosts n Goblins. - JC

Indeed, that will prove quite helpful! 16 4 Regeneration restores 141 points of health. 16 3 Recovered 423 points of health.16 2 You gain the effect Regeneration.16 1 You use Greater Health Potion. As for the rest, it seems to be running smoothly now. I just went through a small Item World without a single error, no tschecks or anything.. except for that "You have been defeated" thing that popped up at some point. That's a bug too, right? I really appreciate this change. This will make health potion more useful for low-mid level players. Thanks Tenboro (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I think the Credit Perks need some tweaks now. With nearly all basic stuff selling for like 10c, they're pretty much useless now (well... more useless than before). Either that or at least raise the prices again so the Perks still have some use.

Ah thanks, it's actually from wiki, forgot to put that in. My mistake
