So, if I do a cakefest do I have a higher or equal chance of finding an Easter Egg then I would in the Arena? I only have S and W, and I hadn't heard anything about needing to give 3 or 4 eggs to Snowflake before I could get something good.

yeah i'm really curious about the potato battery. i got ~3 eggs after about 1000 rounds of itemworld/grindfest but im sitting on a few potato batteries at the moment... will they be removed as well? or can i hold onto them and use them later?

They won't be removed... they work just like normal trophies... and the letters probably won't be removed after monday either, they'll just work like normal artifacts.
