Inugami No Tatari. Decent, but the method of creation of an Inugami is too gruesome, which means huge potential, all wasted in this movie.

Bullet Ballet. It was good, but of course is way too far from Tetsuo, and it needed more bullets to make the ballet.

Visitor Q

That necrophilia scene is probably one of the funniest scenes I have seen all in general.

The Island of Dr. Moreau (1977). Pretty good, the make-up is convincing, and that fight with the tiger is really amazing, nowadays, you couldn't do it without cheap CG 4/5

Tales from the Dark 1. It's not as good as I thought it would be, but it's not a bad movie at all.

Heh, i want to rewatch that whole series.

The Mission Impossible series too.

Anyway i saw;

Jack the Giant Slayer, nice physics for the giants.
Star Trek : Into Darkness, it was ok.
Iron Man 3, pew pew laser circus.
The Purge, was like watching an alternate universe where everyone is psychotic...pretty good though except for the stupid fucking kids the guy has.
Pacific Rim, yay was exactly what i wanted from a Kaijuu movie, destroying monsters with giant robots and wrecking cities in the process.
Man of Steel, superman is buff in this version and Zod...well he was Zod.

Gonna watch The Adjustment Bureau and Real Steel later.

Paranormal Activity 2

It was on TV the other night so I watched it to see what all the hype was about. It was beyond awful and I'm gonna guess that the other ones aren't any good, either. It reminded me of those fake ghost clips people put on YouTube, boring and not scary at all.

Pulgasari. The background story for this movie is really interesting. In fact, you can taste the suffering beyond the screen. How is that a dictator wanted a movie about a rebellion?

One Armed Boxer. The group choreography was a bit clumsy, the dub was really funny and the story interesting. Summing all that, was OK.

Man of Steel

I have no idea why I bother with super hero movies. It's not like they're going to suddenly be good anytime soon.

The Adjustment Bureau, good mindfucks all around.
Real Steel, meh family movie.
Green Lantern, decent comic rendition.
White House Down, good action scenes.
The Prestige, nice twists in the story.
Vampire's Kiss, lolol Nic Cage is hilarious.

Be back with more one line reviews later.
