Kung-Fu Zombie. That dub was kinda funny

Burst City. Pretty long, confusing but still interesting.

Avatar the Extended Director's Cut (extra sixteen minutes) and let me tell you...those sixteen minutes really does make a difference turning an epic movie into a legendary one.

As far as Oz the Great and Powerful goes...I saw it again and give a 5.5 out of 10 it's real saving grace is the visual effects which are stunning, the acting is OK, however; they're just one too many Star Wars references even the 'final battle' felt like a nixed version of Yoda VS Palpatine in Episode III.

Now You See Me on disc.

Still a fun movie, but the foreshadowing was not there to support the twist at the end.

Harold and Maude. It's still really weird to see Bud Cort young and fresh-faced, especially since my first exposure to him was in Dogma and The Life Aquatic.

Satánico Pandemónium (AKA La Sexorcista) . The end was pretty twisted

The first one was better in my opinion.

The World's End
Had a slow start, but really picked up towards the middle
I'd give it an 8/10

A couple days ago I finally got around to seeing Wild Zero (via the wonderful Youtube)

I had kind of seen most of the highlights already, but if anything noticing that I knew what was about to happen at certain points kind of just made it better with the added context. I haven't really been into movies very much as of late, but seeing this reminded me that there are cinematic works to be appreciated, if only by weirdos like me.

In lieu of an in-depth review, I'll just conclude with an excerpt from this description instead:

"Only legendary Japanese garage rock band Guitar Wolf can stand between a race of aliens from destroying earth with an army of zombies. Ace, a wannabe rock star, is on his way to a concert of the band Guitar Wolf when space aliens invade the Earth. As a result the dead rise to their feet in the countryside setting of Asahi, Japan, with an appetite for flesh. Enlisting the help of his rock 'n roll blood brother Guitar Wolf, Ace and the members of the band get entangled in many misadventures with crazy rock managers in very tight shorts, transsexuals, naked women shooting guns in the shower, and bloodthirsty zombies ready to tear them apart. Leather jackets, loud over-modulated music, laser guitar picks, motorcycles, guns, muscle cars, and fire abound."

Quite excellent taste, comrade. I love all the music used there.

Now, back to business:
She-Wolves of the Wasteland. It needed more cat-fight and less guns, I think.

Stripes with Bill Murray, Harold Ramis and John Candy.

It's just an all around fun movie. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Minority Report

Even though it had those two douchebags Tom Cruise and Colin Farrell in it, wow, was it good. It's been out a while but I never saw it before. TCM aired it and I came across it while changing channels and got into it. It's rare for them to show a modern movie.

@ reriud
Thanks, asshole. I haven't seen Elysium yet and was looking forward to it. I even had a friend describe some of it to me after he saw it but I asked him to not reveal the end of it. Thanks!

Next time use spoiler tags.
