Peter Jackson's King Kong and don't recommend it

I don't watch much movies these days but the last movie I've watched was the Pianist because I actually downloaded it.

Prometheus - definitely NOT what I expected from a movie originally written as a prequel to the Alien franchise. I gave it a 6 out of 10.

The Dictator. Not sure why a lot of critics panned it, I quite enjoyed the political satire and racial stereotyping. Baron Cohen doing what he always does. But I don't get why he has to whip out his cock in nearly all his films.

The Dictator bored me to tears so bad I walked out on it. Which is sad because Borat made me laugh so hard I started crying. What went wrong?

Why is Borat = Awesome and Dictator = Utter shit?

Maybe the comedic style of caricaturing has run its course, in his case at least. He's on his fourth film...

The Lord of The Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring Extended Edition

The Avengers. I can't see another movie for a while.

Pornostar a.k.a. Tokyo Rampage.
It was something else alright.
The white guys in the movie were very annoying.

The Avengers in 3D. Pretty fun movie I gotta say. My friend kept jumping like the effects were gonna hit her in the face.

Went and saw Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter with a friend on opening day. I found it to be an excellent and enjoyable film.

9 out of 10.

I didn't care for it either. It was kind of boring. I think my nascent racism also made me rage over the fact that they didn't have a scene where people carpet bombed those natives. Man, they were annoying.

That sounds about right. My complaint on it was that it didn't really seem to know where it was going. It wasn't as bad as most people have said, but it felt out of focus. Another issue was that in Alien and Aliens there were characters you cared about, and wanted to see make it through - in this one, just about everyone was either greedy, selfish, or deluded, and generally were hard to give a shit about. Probably the only sympathetic characters were the pilots and captain.

I think Seth McFarlane is a terrible person and a major dickweed, but I need to see this movie; my brother told me about the Sam Jones/Flash Gordon stuff, so I'm going to see this after work today. I'm totally queer for that movie.

Saw the new Spiderman movie. I liked it more than the first Spiderman movie from the trilogy if that says anything.
