I wish the best for you, life can be tough at some point. I cannot give you advice of life, I'm no expert and I believe I live an "easier mode" than most people here so I'm probably less experienced than you are.

So I'll just give you advice for your art. Remember, don't rush out your training. Start from basics (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Learn anatomy and perspective, and try to master them (or at least you can handle them) first before proceeding with colors. About nipples... hmmmm... dunno, see more ero pictures maybe? And take references from them :3

you can edit if ya want or draw to make it as close as possible to the original i like trying to make more Snow White of the Rule36 kind since not a lot are made anymore the stuff i see today is not good enough there was 1 comic type that was on the site but it disappeared i guess it was deleted
