G.Dream made a great work & deserves to be rewarded. But he's one participant, so based
on rules it's up to the client about giving reward or not.

UW effects were unique but not to my liking however. Lacked bubbles but the tone showed that the girl submerged was indeed underwater so 5k plus.

Oh yeah, my challenge is due. Well, Yomuchan wins, flawless victory, fatality. Muramasa is disqualified because of the inclusion of a non-touhou, but wins the secret 5000 C disqualification bonus.
