Hmm new challenge rules

Challenge
Anything goes underwater.
Prize 25,000c

Only one winner.
Any amount of characters you want.
Any subject matter (adult or non adult, sex or no sex, etc)
Art must be at least shaded/B&W painting.
1 character must be submerged and viewable (at least)

If one person enters they auto win if considered AVERAGE quality.
(Isn't really much you would have to do to make me say AVERAGE quality.)

If more than one person enters.
Points on Underwater effects 0 out of 10
Points on character quality 0 out of 10
Every character auto 3 points.
Highest point count wins.
Will need judge help for this if it happens.

Prize increase per an extra character. (limit 2 increases)
2-5k per non full body char,
10k per a full body char.

Prize increase others
10k plus if hot.
10k plus if underwater effects are to my liking. If non winner but still good effects 5k.
2k to 10k if colored. (depends on quality)

Again all entrees have chances of earning 5k at least.
End date July 31st
