I don't mind that he's been made into a monster, but it's driving me crazy that it was made "Itachi Uchiha" and not "Uchiha Itachi"

Would the owner mind if it was renamed? Pretty please?

HV naming follows western conventions, brah. If you have a problem with it, go into the RoB on IWTBH completely naked and let Mikuru, Ryouko, and Yuki have their way with you.

My thoughts went more along the line of having visuals in Dragonball showing you that Baby is a name there.
Exactly because HV is text based, everyone reading Baby will think of a pink, helpless newborn. Afterwards some ppl might think of DB.

Monster ID 2352: Draco - There is already a Draco Malfoy; see below.
Monster ID 2168: Natsu - There is already a Natsu Dragneel, and he has seniority.
Monster ID 2676: Fire - Too generic, and too similar in nature to other elementals like Firaga, Fire Burning, and Fire Elemental.
Monster ID 2703: Aaaaa - ...yeah, no.
Monster ID 2564: Nipples - Already mentioned, but just including for completion.

Everyone knows what it refers to, it doesn't need to be "Sonic" for everyone to understand. So a reptilian Solid Snake is more interesting than having humanoid characters swarming the place.

A Goku Dragon, might be another reference to Dragon Ball.
Draco Malfoy Reptilian, refers to Slytherin. Which is represented by snakes. Snakes are reptiles.
Solid Snake Reptilian. Snakes.. are reptiles. Interesting choice.
You know these are interesting and not all that wrong. Sort of ambiguous.
