Googling "Dark Dragon" spawned a bunch of probable reference sources.

Yang Dragon is probably just a partner to Yin Phoenix (both made by the same guy).

The Divine Dragon was a boss and plot point from the psx game The Legend of Dragoon. I know that black dragons are from Dungeons and Dragons, but I haven't personally heard of Dark and Yang.

Incidentally I know of that one. A six-winged dragon, and Dart becoming the Divine Dragon Dragoon.
But there's more than one.. try googling it. It could refer to various dragons. (Monster Hunter, Yu-Gi-Oh, Aion, Bahamut, more)
Same with Black & Dark dragons.. I've seen dozens of those.

These are way to generic to guess the reference. Hopefully their attacks will tell once we can name them.

Yeah, those were mine, and they are indeed meant to complement each other. Sorry, I'll try to be more clever next time.

if you looked in the list, you can see the monster's name and the creator.
Even if you didn't know that person in the forums, you can see that the monster and the creator have the same name.

Removed some more. I'm not going to start renaming monsters before that screen is done, I'll probably push that out in a patch by itself as soon as I get the time to make it.

Sounds good, I was hoping you'd say that. I think the most important task with Monster Lab right now is implementing the means to adjust creations that don't meet guidelines, rather than actual functionality. It'd suck to get your monster shitcanned after putting some effort in because you didn't read the rules. I also think it would be a good idea to add something in-game in the Lab to let people know there are guidelines for monster creation so they don't get their stuff delisted for being retarded.

He is roughly Superman of the Gundam SEED universe, and being like Superman, he's a total dick. His boss/pseudo-girlfriend Lacus Clyne is also referred to as "Virgin Mary 2.0". His status as the "Ultimate Coordinator" is often seen as a form of plot armor.

• Bahamut & King Bahamut should refer to the same thing. Bahamut King of Dragons, so there's no difference between them. One's a dupe.

There was a zombie that came equipped with a unique horse wiener item. It was a once-per-playthrough kind of item so everyone would steal it. Isn't it referring to THAT zombie? Then again it's Disgaea so it might have been a reference of its own.

It was a custom zombie! It had the fists of a Dark Karate Master, the legs of the fastest demon in the Netherworld, the brain of Mahogany a famous sorcerer, the iron body of Hercules and a horse wiener! All combined into one: the Netherworld's ultimate zombie!!
