I would like to report "Not a Celestial" because it is celestial and the name is in direct violation of rule stated in the wiki..

Probably, but it still seems to be against the rules similarly to the 'Bob the Dragon' listed in the rules, Bob the Dragon needs to be a dragon, 'not a celestial' needs to be anything other than a celestial.

I think the translation of the response I got from TenB ages ago was that shitty named monsters probably won't be maintained and will get hit by the mass inactivation at some stage.
