Yeah, but it counts as a turn so you get beat up by mobs too. Might as well just hit defend.

Defend doesn't give you a tick of regen. It's like what was corrected with this patch of casting w/ insufficient mana.

Again, it's the same thing as what was corrected in the first post. This is for proficiency grinding... and miwabe almost got banned from hv exploiting the bug that got fixed.

It's a retarded way of grinding proficiency. If you have that much bandwidth, you can get gp from torrents/hath from H@H and buy some mana pots.

Btw what's the HV font? I would like to download it (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Would having this on your computer speed up page loads? If it doesn't can you recommend a font that is fast for the HV. I've been using Gulim (like the look and seems to load fast) but maybe something else would be faster.

Defeating 77 Legendary monsters in the End Of Days - arena, makes me run out of mana.
Those legendaries aren't dropping trophies either.
Rapier still does best damage, I have this heavy hitting ethereal club, but without PA it's worse than normal rapiers.

Is it intended that nerv has no influence on poison damage against FSM?

FSM seem to be different than other bosses when talking about poison. In previous version of HV, Even if I PA'ed him, my poison damage gain was very small, if at all. It could be that because my Magic rating was low.

Same thing maybe happened in your case.. I believe nerf doesn't reduced his defense as much as PA, so even if you have high Magic rating, it still not enough to be noticeable.

Probably. Due to the way Shield/Attack Rating works, and the high stats of the monster in question, you're likely butting against the minimum damage cap.

No, it doen't speed up the page loads, I only intended to keep the original font, and being able to copy/paste the item's names.

Wow. Looks like I chose the wrong week to give up sniffing glue. Er, and to take a break from the forums. It may take me a few days to catch up with things...

One thing I've realised from facing all the new monsters is that Scan is now pretty useful (at least, when you're facing them on IWBTH and you want to know how to kill them efficiently) - but that it isn't any help when it comes to monster skills. (Actually, do player monsters have skills? I suppose I should create some and find out. Well, if they do, it would be nice to be able to find out what kind of damage they do by some other method than just waiting until they hit you.)
