Yes, ignorant one. Asus also makes desktop computers. They manufactures monitors, motherboards, graphic cards, sound cards, network routers, notebooks, tablets, smartphones and desktops. Don't be surprised if Asus unveiled their own rocket to the moon 10 years from now.

Adobe Photoshop requires separate license keys for every installation. So you still need to purchase another license for your secondary OS on a dual boot PC. This seems unfair for the customer. Why not just use the "license per computer" rule?

Damn, this comic is printed on such thin paper that even if I put cardboard behind it, you can still see the page behind the page when scanning.Or perhaps I need to tweak my scanner's settings?

I don't get why hujan's friend would need two copies for a single PC, though, dual boot or not.
If your friend doesn't want to lift a black flag, you could tell him there are a bunch of decent freeware alternatives to Photoshop, even for professionals.

So, on eBay I have the choice between buying a decent, pre-assembled 65€ CPU, or buy the graphics card, hard drives, RAM etcetera at about 20-30€ each...

I don't get it either. But I'm not going to ask that.

There's nothing that comes even close to Photoshop's content aware tools, paid or not.
