Quicktime is an ugly mess of code from the 90s. They should rip it out completely and replace with something new. Also, many old video formats like YUV2 are only supported when using old technology, officially deprecated since Mac OS X 10.3.

Update: I have said this before & I'll say it again. Monitors with Display Ports range from very scarce to none in this country. Maybe there's a Mini DP to HDMI adapter for sale somewhere.

Basically, DD extracted the shit without using 7-Zip and some files came out with garbled filenames ? That's why game devs should always name their files using conventional ASCII.

15 soft resets and 3 hard resets today. This adds up to 18 resets, which is a new record.

ADDENDUM : Everyone and their dog also use WiFi in the neighbourhood, except they all have the latest shit. That only makes things worse for me. I can see twelve fucking wireless networks in the Network Center during peak hours.
