I got started with LISP yesterday writing some scripts for GIMP and one for emacs.
I actually did like it a good deal.
The parentheses thing is on-point, though.

I should do a fresh install of 8.1 I hate win 10/8/7 but I'd have to re-do all my customisation I did.

Updated VLC from v2 to v3 and it fucked up my color control and audio output, i kinda fixed the color issues and failed to equalize/rebalance my audio so i gave up after several hours and switched all my associations with MPC-BE.

I don't think I'll ever get this fucking emulator (rpcs3) to work right.

Apple really needs to get finned big time for their BS they're pulling with the right to repair.

Irritated that my laptop doesn't come with an ethernet port. My USB to Ethernet connector keeps fritzing, and I'm thinking it might be because I bought a relatively inexpensive one. I suppose you get what you pay for.

What laptop doesn't come with an Ethernet port? Is it a mac or a thin and light? I can't stand using wifi on mine, thank god it has a cable.

OK, i have no idea how i managed to do this:

I now have a box which has python virtualenv (both 2 & 3) installed for all users and it comes with python pip in the environments but I do not have plain python pip available to any user (i.e. it is in /site-packages/ and nowhere else)

I should get a vr headest, I got the pc for it.

M$ plans for all new Windows 10 PCs shipped with S-mode enabled by default? That's crazy. More so that the only way customers to switch their newly purchased PCs to full functionality is to make a trip to the M$ Store. I expect a huge backlash from users against this move.

W10 s-mode should be an opt in when launching for the first time, be it "Recommended" but still allow users to opt out. W10 is also getting dumbed down more and more just look at the start up/shutdown & BSOD

What's all of this about "S-Mode?" What the hell is "S-Mode?"
I've never had to use windows 10 and plan to continue avoiding it since I am adept in linux distros.
