I don't like the FB new live news feed ticker. FB didn't even bother to provide an option to disable it. WTF!? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Looks like they found particles traveling faster than the speed of light. Physicists throughout the world must be cumming neutrinos by now.

Just add the following to the Firefox Adblock Plus extension: www.facebook.com##[id="pagelet_rhc_ticker"] www.facebook.com##[id="pagelet_ticker"]

That's what happens when you go to more than 2 websites regularly.
Like, I don't get it, the people that bitch about spyware are often the same dumb assholes that use Stumbleupon.
Seriously? Figure it out.

It's really because she keeps downloading stupid shit and recklessly flies through installers without unchecking smelly toolbars and the likes. I told her so many times what and what not, and how to do things right, and she just won't learn. :|

Odd, the dxdiag utility & GPU-Z identified my graphic card's memory as 1GB. But it's written 2GB on the box. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) Maybe its 2gb total and 1gb dedicated... DEDICATED is the key word when you're searching for video cards. False advertising got you buddy.

Man, I can't wait until Android gets ported onto the Touchpad. There are no apps on this thing.

Possibly, can you tell me what brand and model the video card is? I'll be able to see if its truly only 1gb dedicated. I'm saying this from experience because a while ago I bought a laptop that I had intended for gaming and on the front it said the video card was 1gb, but when I turned on the laptop it only said 256mb so I was confused. I started reading into the fine print and read that the video card was only 256mb dedicated and that's the actual video memory that runs on the computer. I still don't understand what the total video memory is used for but I do know the difference now.

I can't find any sort of misleading information, so it seems to be a legit 2gb card. Is it properly connected and fed enough power? The card apparently needs a minimum of 500w PSU... Also, check BIOS on startup and see if you can change the amount of actual dedicated video memory, I had to do that once with a video card that defaulted to half its output.
Incidentally, I also have the HD 6870 but I have the 1gb Sapphire version.

The only options I can see in the BIOS are: IGD Memory (64M), DVMT Mode Select (DVMT Mode) & DVMT/FIXED Memory (256MB). But they all seem for the integrated graphics present on my Core-i7. Additionally my PSU is 750W. You don't think the fact that I'm using a H67 chipset motherboard has anything to do with it? I've already updated the BIOS & graphic driver to the latest version.

Jailbreaking my iPod Touch G1 because I don't give a shit if the thing bricks or not.
LATER: Oh, awesome, that didn't do what I wanted it to do, anyway. So now I'm stuck.

I'm stuck in the sense that G1s can't be updated past 3.1.3. I would like to get it to 4.0+ due to the apps I bought not working with anything less than 4.0.
I figured there was a way to do it, I was wrong.
