That's just a marketing stunt by dr. web. You're being trolled/mislead by dr. web, not by any kind of cyber criminal. Unless you consider marketing stunts cybercrime (you never know, some people consider dick picks a cybercrime), then you're being a victim of cybercrime of your own will.
