Memorizing shit is for amateurs. Pros have shelves (actual and electronic) full of product documentation and datasheets.

I agree, but I'm sure memorizing stuff saves you time since you don't have to go through the documentation every time to find what a specific function does even though you've been using it over and over again.

If you need batch resampling/resizing for your camera photos, there are several freeware alternatives that can do it.

I personally use XnView when I need to deal with ridiculously large CG sets, or even retarded 100% quality JPEG files. (Actually, I batch-process everything I save and end up saving 70% of disk space.)
