It will force the ISPs to follow the same regulations as water, gas and electric companies.

Edit: Though I should point out that it's just his wish or suggestion to the FCC. They could take it into consideration or they could just ignore it completely.

The OpenCL managed to put together the bad things of compiled and interpreted languages. It's as debuggable as javascript around 2006 and limited to a subset of C as the language itself. If you make a syntax error all you will get is -11, which basically means "Your program has a syntax error *somewhere*, fuck off"

Maybe a base mod of "moods", allowing to have a collection of alternate mood avatars, that can be used on a topic.
