I think I've found the limit for how many files you can have in a single folder before Vista starts freaking the fuck out. Either that, or I somehow broke my shit. Which wouldn't be the first time.

I wouldn't have to waste 120 fucking seconds (and growing) booting my external HD if Windows didn't try to check every single subfolder in the Pixiv folder.

It also wouldn't happen if I didn't go with the "one uid, one folder" sorting system, but that's besides the point. Might as well upgrade downgrade to a more server-friendly OS.

One of mine has 2000+ files just laying around because I'm a disorganized clod. How many did your folder have?
